Michelle Ma advises startups and growth stage tech companies on tech licensing, commercial contracts, product and IP issues, and business and legal strategy. She started her legal career in Palo Alto, CA at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati before going in-house to Upwork Inc. as part of the IPO team and supporting the entire Sales team and procurement process, on commercial and privacy contracts and operations. She worked as an executive and as founder at several early stage startups before opening her own practice.
